D top 5 reason why I choose Tune Hotel

The clean environment didn't meet the standard for sure while d rest I'm quite satisfied.

However d impression of Tune Hotel turns down into drain when I experience something here:

Tune Hotel at One Borneo, Sabah.

Usually I wun use d towel provided by the hotel but my towel was totally wet after d climb I've decided to claim my free on the spot gift as stated in d website.

D officer who help me to check in doesn't believe there's such gift so prove it by request him to open the website.

Fine... I've proven my point yet he ignore it.

Request for manager confirmation yet being treat badly

AND?

He said prepaid Visa is not accepted.

WTH?

Tune Money not applicable at Tune Hotel?

HAHAA!

Tat's d worst statement I've heard so far.

So b it... He ask me go ahead make d complain and tat's what I get.

Sincerely appreciate the serious action for this issue y Tune Money customer service team.

The Mines PizzaHut

A famous Pizza restaurant in Malaysia known as Pizza Hut.

Initially I have a good impression of it while I experience something extraordinary at Kuching Pandungan outlet.

A lunch with family that didn't expect a return of free pizza when we ask for the bill.

It's just a matter of sending a wrong dish to us but since we're hungry and doesn't care much of the favour, we just finished it up and prepare to pay the bill.

However the manage insist to give us a free pizza that we've ordered to show their apologize when they realize their mistake.

Everything went down the drain when I visit Mines Pizza Hut outlet an hour ago.

A totally break down washing area for customer is a dismay.

Not to mention the staff not paying a single attention to their customer and show that awful face.

1st dish known as Mushroom soup seems like a salty soup for me. 

Serving a cold "garlic bread" pretending nothing happen and expect student like me gonna eat without voice up my feeling.

Did try to correct it but serve another "garlic bread" this time telling me there's no more garlic bread but at least action taken to remedy this issue.

After waiting almost half an hour the pizza arrived with an unpleasing cutting and the content is sucks!

Filled with few chicken slices added with few sausages. Tat's a CHICKEN SUPREME?

Hygiene factor terrible more than fail.

In addition with this cheap ass tapping here?

We're not going to visit this outlet anymore.

Jaya One Starbucks

 How often do you hang out at Starbucks?

Usually a student like me tend to choose starbucks as a place to study when d weather is too hot.

Tat's partial of uni life but do you expect to get an extra superb service though u're a student?

well... I would say Starbucks here is totally different!

Why would I say so?

I'm not sure if other retail outlet give you two pack of tea instead of single package.

Maybe they didn't realize tat but tat's not d main point I'm talking about service.

 How would you rate a cafe service.

It would be you pay what you deserve.

It might be expensive for student but it worth every single cent.

A nice greeting before you order is a must but d unusual smile is what you could obtain from Starbucks. 

Wat's more when d temperature is being taken care of when u're busy doing your task under the chilling room.

The tiny action that warms your heart is something I'll pay attention.

The staff here will say sorry although they're just doing their duty to untie the curtain.

They even ask if you would need to change your drink since it's cold. It's pretty bad to enjoy a cold tea while you're in a tense situation.

How often do you get greeting when you return from toilet?

Nothing I could do but to give a good compliment to them before I step out the door.

***I've wrote a personal letter via Starbucks official website the night I arrived home.

Hopefully the staff deserve a bonus later.
